Объединенный школьный округ Сан-Диего стремится предоставить языковые возможности для всех учащихся. Округ признает, что в дополнение к академической подготовке и полному владению английским языком все учащиеся получают пользу от владения другим языком. Географическое положение Сан-Диего, а также разнообразие студенческого населения округа делают изучение языков еще более важным. В поддержку этого округ предоставил всем учащимся возможность изучения языка по различным направлениям K-12, включая: 

 

  • Программы двусторонней грамотности

  • Программы языкового погружения и двуязычного погружения

  • Программы развития языка

  • Программы и курсы мировых языков, начинающиеся в 7-м классе, в соответствии с предложениями средней школы.

Beginning with the Class of 2016, SDUSD students are expected to demonstrate proficiency in English and a language other than English.

Pathway to Biliteracy Recognitions

These recognitions honor students’ efforts as they learn and use multiple languages, while encouraging pride in their home language and culture.

Independent World Language Schools
